Don't Want You To Think...

... that I forgot you!!! I have been out driving instead of crocheting these last couple of days... Well, not constantly, but I seem to find reasons to take a little trip somewhere for next to no reason at all...:-) " Oh, we need Milk... I get home..." Oh darn...I forgot the Orange Juice. So I better DRIVE back to the store..." ;-) ... I forgot to tell you , It's a Ford Focus SES. ( 2010) I even have something called Ambient Lighting in it... Like Mood Lighting. Hmm... Hubby & I need to go out on a date...:-)

We also met our sons new girlfriend this past weekend. We really like her... And we're planning a birthday for our son also. He'll be turning 30... * Am I old enough to have a 30 yr.old? * I guess so... We had him in 1979. I know I was in labor with him for about 19 - 20 hours... But I no longer remember the pain... They say that the memory of the pain of child birth will slowly fade...I guess it has. But the funny part is, my husband remembers me squeezing his hand so hard it still hurts...LOL

Anyway, we'll be going out to eat at a German restaurant for his birthday. Think I should DRIVE to the Mall and get a new outfit to wear? Gotta get Michael a birthday present also...;-)

  1. I think you should also visit ALL the shops that carry yarn as you need to find just the right color to make a nice little lapghan to go in the backseat of that new car! Congrats!

  2. Good Idea!!! I'll do that Bev! I could always get stuck in a snow storm..;-) And I'll need to keep warm while I waitout the snow storm.

The car is Silver. So Black or another dark color is what pops in my mind. I'll have look around & see what I find.

    Thanks for visiting my blog!

  3. I had to laugh that your husband still feels the pain from you squeezing his hand while you were in labor, but you don't remember your labor pain?.... LOL Men... I don't blame you for wanting to drive your new car around! (I do that, too-- but just to get out of the house/away from the kids) (I homeschool them so I never get away from them...)

  4. Hi Tina!

I guess after 30 years the pain of labor/childbirth just fades away. :-)

You homeschool? I don't think I could do that. Do you have take some kind of class to do that?
