we're at it again!... we got the estimate from our contractor, and we're going to try and do some trimming on the costs.

we need to find a sgtore that sells bathroom sinks. We're looking for a double one. SWe're also looking for Floor tile & shower tile.

Painting..

Today we just painted at my sister's house. So far o ne room is gray & purple... And the closets are white.

Happy Super Bowl Day...

I look at Super Bowl Day as one of those days where you can try out new recipes! And I did. I made " Beer Cheese & Brats Chower "... Not so good... :-( It looked so good in the picture. The recipe was from Midwest Living.

Less Tears...

Give this a try when you cut onions...




Prevent tears while cutting onions. Spear a piece of stale bread with your knife and slide it up to the end of the blade near the handle. The bread absorbs most of the "vapors."
