Sissy Didn't Like The Vets Office Too Much

... Look at this... one the nurses at the Vets office took this. She moved so it's a little fuzzy. She doesn't care too much for seeing the Dr. Her favorite part of visiting the Vets office is going home.

My First Triangles

Here are some of the Triangles I have made. I have to make a ALOT more... AS you can tell, I'm using Jewel Colored yarn.

...Now I'm on my Triangle Motifs! I'll be making BUNCHES of them. I'm thinking Dark Jewel Colors that will be sewn togather at a later date. As for now, I'm just crocheting Triangles! Oh yes... sooner or later they will become an Afghan...

But I also want to make another shrug / cover up / wrap.... You can make these things into just about anything you want. Just use a different type of yarn... a different sized hook & stitch, and voila! They same old pattern makes something all togather different.

Here is the shrug I have on in the picture below. I have it lying flat in this picture.

Here It Is...

Almost done...

... I'm almost done with my Rose colored shrug / bed jacket. It's a pale rose. ... Reminds me of a Victorian Rose. The yarn is Simply Soft by Caron.

I'l get a picture on here when I'm done with it...:-) The shrug is made with the Double Puff Stitch... Very Loose & Comfy. I really like that stitch. It's one of faves. Glad I found it on the Linus Project Site.

Went to the Dentist office this morning. I'm STILL numb... Since I had a LONG TIME to wait in the Dentist office for My Turn... I took my other crochet with me. My Granny Square Shrug in the making.... Only this one is for Fall / Winter... I'm using Malabrigo on it... I started with 2 hanks of Paris Nights , but now I'm using Alpine Lace for what will become slevees & the front which drape down on the sides & front.( use your imagination..;-) )

I better get going... Hubby is on his way home..:-) He'll be eating, but with this lingering numbness, I'll just drink from a STRAW.

I have Sissy's picture on here ( my Maltese)... But look... Don't get svared now... it's just me...;-)

My Feather & Fan Scarf...:-)

... I just finished my Feather & Fan Scarf. It's made of Egyptian Cotton yarn. I washed it, partially dried... then laid flad to shape it on my ironing board.

I plan on wearing it with my Dark Brown blouse... The yarn has Browns & Greens in it. So it looks good.

Michael ( our son ) is giving his girlfriend's nephew a PiggyBack Ride on the hill.





This one is Michael & Aiden watching Aidens Dad ( Mike ) on horseback.







This one is Paul ( my hubby ) horse back rifing with parents of Aiden.










It was a hot day. Those poor horses had work out and a nice cold bath / shower after the rides with a garden hose.
