Pork Chops & Potatoes Casserole

Tonight’s dinner. So easy to fix And good!

Layer sliced potatoes in bottom on glass pan.  I used red Potatoes.

Then put Pork Chops on top of potatoes.

Mix 1 can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup with Sour Cream & put on top of Pork Chops.  Salt & Pepper to taste.

Bake in 350 Oven for 1 Hr. & 25 Min.
