... As most of you are doing, I have been trying to decide what to bake / cook for Thanksgiving & Christmas. It's so fun to search for new recipes. But don't forget your Tried & True recipes. Those are the ones everyone already loves.
Today I made a share package for the church. A box of items that someone out there needs for Thanksgiving. I added some extras like Mixes for Hot Chocolate etc.
I have been workin on a afghan... Not everyday though. Reading has been my latest obsession... If you have a favorite book... please let me about it. I may like it..:-)
Oh yes... before I forget. Does anyone have a great fruitcake recipe ??? I need one.

If you like your fruitcakes soaked in alcohol, I have a wonderful one that my Dad used to make. Oersonally, I couldn't stand it, but everyone I knew who liked fruitcake LOVED it.
