An Afgahn I Made On Cruise...

Good Afternoon!!!

...I started this afghan on the Pearl ( NCL Cruise Ship) It started out as little Granny Square that kept growing. I used a Hand Dyed Cotton Yarn that I bought on E-bay from Mary Ann ... Her store's name is LOTUSBLOSSOM.... Her prices are great. Yarn is very good. This is yarn is called Black Rose... She is very nice to work with.

Here it is...

I did 3 Rounds of Single Crochet on the edges, then a round of Shells.

  3. What lovely colors. I'm impressed you did this on the cruise. I'm a white knuckle flyer and am also pretty nervous on boats/ships. I'd be busy ensuring the safety system on board was in place and everyone on alert!

  4. Hi Clara!

Thank You...I use to be a WHITE KNUCKLE gflyer also... But I found out that crochet keeps me calm. I just need something to do with my hands... A Granny Square was the easiest thing. So I just kept doing ROUND after ROUND on the plane... and what you see happened. Except I put trimming on here at home.
