Yes... I have been a bit tardy... But we have been busy. We had a party and a Family Reunion to go to. They were both fun! I just wish more of the family could have shown up. It's hard for everyone to get togather at the same time.
My new yarn finally came today. Now I just have to decide on which pattern to use...;-)
It's 100% bamboo.. Softer then silk!!!

What pretty color - I've never worked with bamboo, but would like to knit a pair of socks out of bamboo with aloe - they have so many wonderful yarns out now, only I usually can't afford to buy them, but for something special, like a present for family, it's nice to treat yourself to a good quality yarn.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note about Gizzy's fur: I found someone on Etsy to spin that fur for me so that I can crochet some ornaments out of it. I'm exited about that project!

Bamboo is great to work with. I usually buy it on line .. ( E-Bay ) LOTUSBLOSSOM sells very pretty yarn!
