So I Have Been Tardy...

Good Evening!

Yes... I have been a bit tardy... But we have been busy. We had a party and a Family Reunion to go to. They were both fun! I just wish more of the family could have shown up. It's hard for everyone to get togather at the same time.

My new yarn finally came today. Now I just have to decide on which pattern to use...;-)




It's 100% bamboo.. Softer then silk!!!

What I Have Been Making...

Here are the two Baby Blankets I have been making.

The first one is just a plain baby blanket made with the double puff pattern that I like so much. I have used it many times.

But this one is for a Christening. For one of my husbands cousins who is having hedfr first baby.

So it is white.. Plus since it's Summer Time... It's light weight, which means teeny tiny thin yarn...And my fingers are NOT TEENY TINY...;-)

I need some help in the kitchen area... I found a recipe for Cheesecake that calls for Ricotta Cheese instead of all of that Cream Cheese. Does anyone know which one is LOWER in fat?
